Sponsorship Renewal & Labour Agreement Variation
Don't let your sponsorship lapse. We help you renew standard business sponsorship before it expires, and request variations or new agreements when your needs change.
About the Sponsorship Renewal & Labour Agreement Variation
Standard business sponsorship is approved for 5 years. To keep sponsoring workers without a gap, apply to renew before your approval expires. If it lapses, you cannot nominate new workers until you are approved again.
If your labour agreement is due to expire, you need to request a new one. If your business needs change, for example new occupations or more positions, you may be able to request a variation. DAMA variations are requested through the relevant Designated Area Representative.
How we help
- Track your sponsorship expiry date
- Prepare your renewal application early
- Request new or varied labour agreements
- Coordinate DAMA variation requests with your DAR
Avoid these problems
- Letting approval expire with nominations pending
- Outdated business information
- Variations that don't match your actual needs
- Late labour agreement renewals
