02Immigration assistance by registered migration agents
In Australia, only registered migration agents, and certain exempt persons such as Australian legal practitioners, may lawfully provide immigration assistance. Our immigration assistance is provided by registered migration agents bound by the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents. You can check any agent's registration on the OMARA register.

Migration law, policy, fees, processing times and requirements change frequently, sometimes without notice. We take care to keep our content accurate and up to date, and much of it is based on information published by the Department of Home Affairs, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or current at the time you read it. Always check the official sources or ask us.
04No guarantee of visa outcomes
Decisions on visas, nominations, sponsorships, reviews and citizenship are made by the Department of Home Affairs, the Administrative Review Tribunal and other decision-makers. No registered migration agent can guarantee an outcome, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise or guarantee of success.
05Fees
Our professional services are not offered on a "no win, no fee" basis. Fees and disbursements are set out in your Agreement for Services and Fees, and government charges are set by the relevant government body.

Client reviews and testimonials reflect the individual experiences of those clients and are published with their permission or from public review platforms. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes, as every case depends on its own facts.
